We offer a complimentary consultation. From this we will have a clear idea of how you want your wedding to be and how you want to feel on your wedding day. With this knowledge we will provide you with an approximate costing on all the suppliers for all elements of your wedding e.g. stationery, cake, caterer, venue, florist, etc and our fee.

Full Wedding and Design Co-ordination
We can provide Full Wedding Design and Co-ordination whether you're looking for that something different or just struggling to know where to begin. Perhaps you have a full time job already and are wondering how you are going to fit all the arranging in to your weekends and that means a lot of weekends!
Whether you have 18 months or as little as 3 months to plan your wedding we will be working full time for you to make your dreams come true.
We will negotiate on your behalf, providing you with a choice of suppliers for each element of your wedding to complement your wedding design.
For Full Wedding and Design Co-ordination we charge a flat fee which is not based on a percentage of your wedding budget. Fees for this service start from £1500.

Partial Wedding Co-ordination
Our Partial Wedding Co-ordination service is the same as our full service except that we'll pick up from where you want to leave off. Perhaps you've got so far with your plans and have run out of ideas, time or enthusiasm! After all, it is supposed to be fun - you're getting married!
Have you come to a dead end trying to find exactly what you want? Perhaps you would like fresh ideas? Would you feel happier dealing with one supplier (A Bride's Best Friend!) who knows what you want and will source your needs on your behalf.?
For Partial Wedding Co-ordination we charge a flat fee which is not based on a percentage of your wedding budget. Fees for this service start from £750.

On-the-Day Wedding Co-ordination
If you've enjoyed planning your wedding but want to relax and enjoy the big day, On-The-Day Co-ordination is perfect for you.
We will have a complimentary consultation with you 2-4 weeks before your day where you will brief us on the look and feel of the wedding you've planned. We will decide with you how long you would like us to spend with you on the day. We'll take away the stress and strain on the day, leaving you to have your hen and stag night with peace of mind!
Before the day we will visit the venue and church (if applicable) and provide you with a timetable of your day. We will liaise with your existing suppliers for all the elements of your wedding and confirm your contracts. We'll even put back up plans in place - just in case!
On the day we will visit you both to calm any pre-wedding nerves and smooth out any hiccups or worries you may have.
We will visit the venue and ensure it follows the brief on how you want your reception to look and make sure it happens! You really could consider us to be your 'behind the scenes team'. Fees for this service start from £375.

Virtual Wedding Planner
This is a NEW SERVICE that A Bride’s Best Friend is offering at an introductory offer of £500.
Do you love the idea of having a wedding planner, but not the cost! Although our fees are very competitive, we feel that EVERY couple deserves a helping hand and realise that many hours are spent searching for the right venue, florist, photographer etc only to find that they are already booked, do not offer the service you’re looking for or are over your budget. This leads to unnecessary stress as many couples look forward to planning their wedding but soon realise that there’s a huge wedding world out there with endless suppliers offering different services at differing prices. What do you ask when meeting suppliers? Are you asking the right and relevant questions?
We are here to help, our new service provides you with a personal invisible team of experts on hand to reply and advise you in every step of your planning.
All suppliers we recommend have been vetted by us even if we have not used them at previous weddings. After our complimentary consultation, we will get to work for you sourcing the right suppliers for you, within your budget, checking their availability and fee. We will then send a list of suppliers to you that fit your criteria. Then it’s over to you to make the necessary arrangements for meetings etc. We will give you a list of what to ask and after your meeting you can contact us to let us know how it went and our opinion. Once you have decided on the supplier of your choice we will keep an updated supplier list to hand over to you in the final weeks of your wedding, this will also have information regarding payments to be made, contact details, time of arrival.
A lot of couples are also unaware that once you go over budget on one supplier it is quite common to go over budget on all suppliers. We are there to budget manage, advising you of your total budget as your wedding planning progresses so there are no nasty surprises at the end of your day. We will also provide you with a timeline of your wedding and an itinerary for your day for key members of your wedding party. This takes the pressure off your best man and ushers!
We are there for you throughout your wedding planning, on hand to give advice on etiquette, design ideas etc. There are usually a million and one questions that pop into a couple’s mind during the run up to a wedding, we are there for you via constant e-mail or phone contact. We are very much a behind the scenes team. This service is unlike the others we offer as we will only meet you the once unless required by yourselves. If you decide you need us to be there on the Day we can add this on at a later date.
